Located at the corner of Vermont Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, The Vermont is a high-rise apartment complex with 464 units spread across two (2) towers that are 23- and 29-stories tall. The mixed-use development will feature 40,000 square-feet of retail space and six levels of parking below the high-rise units and is currently the Los Angeles area’s largest residential project under construction since the economic downturn began in 2008.
In addition to amenities at the development, including a pool, high-end gym, spa and a 12,000 square-foot parcel of open space, the complex contains 96 affordable units in the area that will be associated with a community center.
As the Design/Build electrical contractor on the project, Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is responsible for the procurement and installation of all electrical distribution equipment, lighting fixtures and devices, as well as a complete Fire Alarm System.
